Postdoc at University of Oslo.
I’ve been in my current position on the MicroEcoSystem project as a postdoc at UiO since January 2016. I did my bachelor, master and PhD degree at UiO (2005-2015), focusing on single cell genomics and transcriptomics of Radiolaria. My current work is mainly network analysis of a ten year time series of the microbial community at Blanes Bay, but I’m also working on assembly and analysis of SAGs from the same community.
